PENALTY ORDER

The penal order procedure is a simplified criminal procedure without an oral hearing. A written penal order is issued instead of a judgment. However, this has the same effect as a judgment if no objection is lodged within two weeks . This means that the sentence is enforceable and, if necessary, is entered in the Federal Central Register and also reflected in any police clearance certificate.

Would you like to appeal against a penalty order yourself or apply for payment relief?
